America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

tried to new contact prescription here. We got good fitting, the optometrist wanted to try a little change on my right eye. She said she wanted to send them to my house so I didn't have to come in again. Contacts never arrived. Oh well I didn't care, the first pair of trials worked good. I called to get my finalized prescription. Apparently I had to come in for that. Then what was the point of sending them to my house?! I said fine and made an appointment. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes past my appointment time to get a prescription finalized that could've been finalized last time when the previous trial contacts were good. Waste of time! I will not be back that's for sure. Have 2 stars because the optometrist was really nice. Wanted to give 1.

From start to finish, probably the best eye appointment I've had to be honest. Their staff is awesome. Their technician Patrick was knowledgeable and personable alone which made the experience worth having gotten my eye exam done at this location. Also, the front of store staff was extremely helpful. It had been like 4 or 5 years since I had gotten new glasses so I was excited to look at all the different frames and they were very patient as I flitted around the store trying on a pair, then another, then back to the other, then to another two. For several times over, haha. Very helpful and offered their opinion when I asked for it which considering my indecision at their many choices, was quite a bit and took some time. Time passes differently in an eyeglass store, you don't even see it. Seriously though, 20/20 great experience.

So awful. Poor customer service. The manager was terrible. I walked in to find a pair of glasses and I had already spoken with a worker and said hey I'm here to pick out frames she said yep go ahead and find which ones you like, and then we were looking and the manager came out and said what the hell are they doing. Like excuse me?? Is that a way to speak to your customers? She was very rude didn't want to attend me and did her job poorly. She was racist because I'm not white.

Stopped in for the first and last time to help my mother in law find new glasses. The whole building smelled like body oder. The lady who helped us smelled so bad and had no idea what she was doing. The customer service was non-existent. I would not recommend going there.

Ordered new glasses over a month ago and still don't have them. I've never heard such elaborate excuses from anyone before! IE: 1.Sent to wrong address...never showed up at wrong address. 2. Held up in Customs from Mexico. I didn't know all the work is done in a third world country. 3.We will mail them tomorrow...same answer a week later. Never again!!

The worst experience I've ever had getting glasses. The screwed up my prescription so I had to pay another optometrist to correct it. Once they had the right glasses they had no clue how to adjust them to fit my face.

Patrick is a very funny guy, definitely deserves a bonus. Appointment went very smoothly, very quickly. Definitely going to continue to come back. I highly recommend! :)

Excellent service. Optical Technician, Frank, was so pleasant and made the visit enjoyable. All other staff were also friendly and professional. Prices were great and ease of getting in for an appointment so easy! Highly recommend!
