Diagnosed with a Vasculitus disease, I made the next available apt. with hopes of getting a comprehensive exam. Dr. Kimberly Watson was available and saw me within a week vs. 4 months away. Although I was there early, no one ahead of me, waited 5 min past the apt. time... Dr. Watson and tech. Krista (?) Did the exam, and with the incredible photographs they were able to see the vessel health of my eyes. I'm glad to have a Dr. that knows the minute details of eye health as I continue with my disease. I would recommend this office, staff and easy location near the hospital.

I had a frustrating experience when my daughter's Ray-Ban frames disappeared during a lens insertion. It was difficult to get updates at first. However, I'm pleased to share that the district manager ultimately offered to pay for replacement frames, resolving the situation positively. This turnaround shows good customer service.

Went here for over 25 years. Called to make my 4 year old daughter an appointment and they refused to see her. Says they will only see 5 year olds and up. Please remove from your website that you are family friendly when you obviously you aren't.

I will speak negatively of this company until my day of rest, I brought in my daughter's Ray Ban meta glasses, the glasses I purchased with my hard earn money for Christmas, to this clinic and after almost two weeks of not hearing from them, they have no idea where my daughters glasses are, I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of information and lack of forgiveness, someone dirty, greedy hands stole my daughters expensive Ray Ban frames, and no one wants to help me pay for the cost to replace these frames, I despise this establishment and lack of empathy. I despise the lack of communication, I will not stop and will do everything in my power to get back what we are owed and the lack of accountability is disgusting.

I have been seeing Dr. Michael Sufka for years. He recently referred me for cataract surgery. All of my eye care needs have always been met, from yearly exams to lasik surgery years ago. . He is very professional and knowledgeable. One time when I had concerns about my eye, he came in early to see me so it was addressed right away.
I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Michael Sufka. I have been able to contact the clinic and make appointments as needed. All staff have been very pleasant and professional.

Great clinic! Been going here since 2012 and currently see Dr. Watson. In 2020 she caught my retinopathy early and referred me to a specialist. Luckily it was early enough where I could still do some intervention and it is maintained that way. I am forever grateful for her attentiveness on that and definitely won't go anywhere else for my eye care!
