THE BEST customer service. We have come here for a year now. My college age son had his exam last year but not any change to his prescription so he didn't need glasses at the time. His two year old glasses he purchased from another local store broke last night. He stopped into the other store and asked if there was anything that could be done to fix them, he was told they were out of warranty and nothing could be done. We were fully prepared to pay if there was any fix available, we just wanted something temporary to get him by, but they had nothing to offer. His exam is in a couple weeks at Shopko so I told him to stop in to see if they had any ideas on if we could rig them to hold him over till he gets his new ones, and remember, he did not get these glasses from them. They are always so friendly and helpful I figured they could at least let him know if there was anything we could do. Well the wonderful girl who helped him, I believe her name was Clarisse, she fixed him right up. She was able to find a different arm for the glasses and install it for him. He was so relieved and happy and asked how much he owes. You can imagine how shocked we were when she said nothing. I truly can't say enough about the awesome people at this location over by TJ Maxx. The doctor is amazing, she's down to earth and a joy to see. I've never looked forward to going to the eye doctor, but she is seriously so funny and friendly. All of the staff I've worked with and seen in action have been amazing too. I've watched how they work with all types of people, they treat everyone with the same respect and dignity, which is so important. I had been getting my glasses online recently because I didn't feel like I was really getting any service for what I was spending. I feel totally comfortable spending my money at this location, and will tell everyone I can to do the same. This place makes you truly feel valued and taken care of. A huge thank you to all the staff. If you need an eye doctor and staff who care, this is your place!

My family has been coming here for eye exams and glasses for a few years now. Dr. April is so pleasant! On my latest visit, David helped me pick out frames. He nailed it with the first pair! Everyone is very friendly and patient. I appreciate their honesty when choosing frames.

My husband's sunglasses were broke, was driving by and stopped here. The ladies were friendly and fixed his glasses, for free. Thank you ladies! We will be back the next time we need glasses!

I stopped by the store to see if they could adjust my frames, which were continuously sliding off. I was just passing through St Cloud and hadn't bought my glasses from Shopko Optical. Krystal jumped in, adjusted my frames perfectly and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Kudos for superior customer service. Highly recommend seeing Krystal at Shopko Optical!

My wife and I both had appointments and they got us in right away. Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped out with picking out new glasses. It's always such a pleasure going there. Would definitely recommend checking them out:)

The staff here is awesome!! They were extremely friendly and helpful. I am VERY picky...I ended up having to get a whole new pair made because the fit on the first wasn't quite right. I went in several times for tweaks to get the perfect fit and each time they were happy to help, very professional. If they were annoyed by my constant need for tweaks, they didn't show it. Absolutely recommend! And both pairs of glasses were in in less than 2 weeks.

Shopko is the BeST!! Dr April is professional and great. The staff were all so helpful in figuring out the fit of my glasses. They went above and beyond. Krystal and David were so patient with me. Clarisse and Katherine too. Thank you!

Clarisse was delightful. She was pleasant, helpful and very efficient I was extremely pleased and intend to return to this store in the future.
