My opthamologist found a tear in my eye lining that could have led to a retinal detachment. Although that appointment ended at 5pm, he had his staff forward his referral to Retina Consultants of MN in St Cloud that evening requesting an appointment the following day. Next morning, Retina Consultants called with a noon appointment. From check-in to release, the process was smooth and efficient. Dr Vincent Vann, who repaired my tear with a laser procedure, is one of the warmest, nicest doctors I've ever met. He talked to me while he was doing the procedure putting me at ease, and everything about his manner & demeanor, including humor, lent itself to great confidence in his abilities. I can't overstate how fortunate I feel I was to have him assigned to my case. Thank you!

The personnel at this clinic, from receptionist to doctor, treat you with respect and courtesy. They take time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions and make you part of the care team. New treatments are discussed in full with you and it is your decision to try them or not. The procedures I have are totally painless and Dr. Dev has a way of "hiding" the needle when he gives injections. Sometimes the waiting time is a little long, but keeping my vision is more important than a little longer wait time. Keep up the good work, team.!! I appreciate all you do.
