We have had great experiences at the Visionworks located in the Crossroads Mall. I take my whole family there because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and really seem to care about their clients. I especially like the help they are able to give when selecting frames that fit both the face and personal preferences. They are also great at letting us know what the current discounts and sales are, and take the time to run the numbers so we get the best deal. Also, I love that I can book appointments online and can stop in anytime if we have issues with anything.

Tim is great! Very personable. Very knowledgeable about lenses and coatings. Able to multitask while still letting you know he's taking care of you. Helping other walk-in customers, answering phones, while on the phone with an insurance company (VSP). He's amazing!! Give that guy a raise!

I get top notch service at the St Cloud Visionworks. The staff are very attentive. I never know which frames to pick and they're super helpful letting me know which look good, and which to avoid. I've purchased several pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses. I love the buy one get one free sale. I've already scheduled next year's eye exam. I highly recommend this location.

Worst eye vision service ever !! Who relies on a text message for confirmation of an appointment?! For one I never got the text message , two what happens if that person doesn't have text messaging ?! I just arrived at my 11am appointment && Megan and the blonde guy with glasses told me because I didn't respond they didn't schedule my appointment?!? This is absolutely ridiculous! Mind you - the other appointments prior to this, I had to reschedule after I already checked in because of how far back they were (mind you I showed up and stayed an hour and 15 past my scheduled time . By far the worst . They go " Al well, since you didn't confirm, we didn't book " and offered me a way later one . And they even said all this rudely . I took time out of my work schedule to make it to this appointment. Will NOT GO BACK !
