I had such a great experience with Wink Family Vision! With all of my unexpected eye issues this year, including needing medically necessary contacts, their team went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. They also helped me navigate a mid-year switch from monthly contacts to daily lenses, which could have been complicated, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the doctors to the front desk staff, everyone is incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about their patients. They always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had what I needed. I'm so grateful for their support this year and would highly recommend Wink Family Vision to anyone looking for attentive, patient-focused eye care!

First time customer, was easy to set up fill eye exam. Met with Melissa, who made me feel at ease, answered all questions for tests being done, and had such an energetic personality it made my experience fun. Then met with Dr. Suzette who handled my final exam with ease and answered questions to ensure I made a good choice. Got me out to the optometrist for glasses in less than an hour. Loved technology that didnt require dilating my eyes. So picking out new frames was great. Cat was fab in make sure the frames I chose were not just fun but suited for my face. Loved my experience and now I am a WINK client!

This was my first visit to Wink Family Eye Care and I can say they will be my eye care provider going forward. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Katie Hansen answered all of my questions and was thorough in her review of my Rx and eye issues. The entire staff alerted me to discounts and how to maximize on ordering contact lenses. The staff are so kind - Melissa, Dr. Katie, and Cat amongst the rest of the team - and they do a great job of explaining the comprehensive eye exam and how to interpret the results of each test. I had a wonderful experience at Wink on 10/17! I came in hoping to only buy glasses but my prescription was expired so I needed an eye exam. They had a cancellation and was able to squeeze me in same day with Dr. Roman! I appreciate how attentive the entire staff was - going above and beyond to help me get my eye exam in, and helping me to find the glasses that I wanted. The customer service here is phenomenal! Wow! Have not had an eye exam in three or four years and boy has the technology changed! And wink has all the new amazing toys. And on top of all that, Dr. Roman Gerber was just fantastic. Genuine and authentic, and knowledgeable, and very patient and kind. Have not had a regular optometrist for sometime, but now I'm going to stick with Dr. Roman.
