Awesome!!! I liked to see what they had for me to try out (Demo) and I love that Clove 10 inch electric magnifying screen (I can't wait to get it that State Service for the Blind will give one to me) for my home to use for books or puzzle books. I knew I did not read books very much so I hope that technology will help me to see fonts that will be BIG!

We have been using this store for years. Sue is awesome! Her suggestions have been so helpful. I can call and order what Mom needs and she'll pack and mail. She s been wonderful help to us. .

I am horribly disappointed with the customer service from The Low Vision Center. I purchased a used Topaz EZ 24 HD from them back in July for $2,195. Sue convinced me that this was a great deal since some of these go for over $4,000 brand new. I should have done some more research but didn't because she seemed very trustworthy. It has been almost five months now and my husband is not using the device as much as I thought he would, so I called Sue to see what she could do for us. I was obviously not expecting to return it five months later, but figured she could give us a reasonable amount and she could turn around and sell it again for close to the $2,195 that we paid. She offered just $600 and we would have to cover the shipping! When someone uses the phrase "I'll be honest with you" repeatedly, they usually aren't. I will never do business with them again and strongly recommend that buyer beware!

My low vision parent made an expensive purchase that didn't work for them. The items were returned within 30 days, with every single piece of packaging, yet we were charged a 20% restocking fee, to the tune of $500!! However, the refund check was almost $700 less than the purchase, because they charged us the tax amount, which is actually illegal. When I called to tell them of their mistake, we received no apology, and they did not seem surprised that we called them out on it! I wonder how many other people they have taken advantage of.

Went here to get help for a 93 yr old. All they wanted to do was sell a computer to her. She has difficulty working a cell phone.

Phenomenal experience dealing with Erick and Sue. I would highly recommend this business. They go above and beyond for anyone they are dealing with. A++++++

Great selection of products and helpful staff. I buy my Grandma a calendar from there every year.
