Call to request my records To fax to another clinic, I was yelled at told to identify myself multiple times wasn't greeted. They did not identify themselves as their clinic this man yelled at me, screamed at me and multiple times said that he was going to report me to the Attorney General's office because I would not give him my name. I did not give him my name because at this point I'm scared your embrace if you're yelling at me and you're asking me to identify myself when you haven't even identified yourself I was calling to get my records as I was told from another clinic and instead I was yelled at and braided when the conversation started to get more intense I said that I was recording the phone call and he got more intense. I do not suggest this clinic to anyone due to the Unprofessional threatening behavior

I've enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Eilers at Twin Cities Eye Specialists, he's very thorough and professional but also personable.

Bait & Switch -- I gave my insurance information when I made the appointment. They did not tell me they didn't participate. I took off work and showed up for my appointment and learned from the front desk person that they didn't accept my insurance. Who is going to reimburse me for time away from work???

Called at 9am for an emergency appointment and he got me in right away. He was professional, friendly and explained my results. He has a new client. I highly recommend him. The picture on Google is not accurate. That is the back of the Haskell's building. The office is in the front.

Poor administrative staff. Long story short, my insurance provider dropped them and they were unaware. Ignored requests for call backs and follow-up over an 8month period of time. Dr. Eilers is great, but will not be going back due to poor customer service and being stuck with a very large bill.

Extensive and highly professional. I've been coming here for several years, with quite bad eye sight, and they've been able to get me to near 20/20 vision for each update. Dr. Eilers has great equipment and practical knowledge for eyes that need it. Highly suggested to those who have specialized contacts, strong prescription, etc.

When a provider goes above and beyond, this is what I experienced. Dr. Eilers has been my eye doctor for a number of years. I was always happy with my care . On Christmas Day, I woke with a dark shadow over 3/4s of my eye. I had vision on my far left edge. I called the day after Christmas, shared information with his receptionist. I was put on hold while she was talking with Dr. Eilers who was not yet in the office. To complicate things, I was in rehab following back surgery. His office made arrangements with my rehab facility and within an hour I was headed to his off. I was examined and referred to an excellent Retina specialist at Phillips Eye Institute, for the next day. And on the third morning I had surgery on Saturday Phillips Eye Institute. But one important note, Dr Eilers office was scheduled to be closed the day I called. His receptionist patiently listening to me, recognizing the seriousness of my problem. Suddenly their day of cleaning the office, turned to saving my eyesight. I'll be forever grateful .

Very thorough, I have a tricky eyeglass rx - I have never seen better since switching to this clinic. It is also very convenient to have my yearly diagnostic scans and vision field test in the same visit for yearly eye exam. The previous clinic I went to required you to schedule multiple appointments for diagnostics and yearly vision screening. Twin Cities Eye Specialists is the real deal.
