Vue Eye Clinic

If i could give no star, I would. vue eye clinic has always been the clinic I go to. But these past few years, there is always only 2 girls up front and one of them seem to be doing everything, while the other is doing nothing, or just sitting there. Seems like they aren't teaching the other clueless one. I know there is a person in the back and she has been working there longer than the two people up front but why is she always out? How much PTO does a person have to be out all the time? And usually it's saturdays? The most busiest days of all? And why is it that there is only 2 people upfront when there is clearly 3 computers? Another thing is that the doctor seems to want money more than anything else. The glasses are way overpriced. Even the branded ones are over priced. It's better to just go there for the check up and get your own glasses online. It's cheaper and will save you a couple hundred dollars. Some branded glasses do not even go over $70 but at Vue Eye Clinic it's priced for almost $150. Does not make sense.

I felt like the doctor Vue cared more about making money than caring about the patients. I always had to wait a longgg time past my appointment time because there were always quite a few other patients like they booked multiple patients for the same time. Not cool. I asked for a doctor's note to get excused from work for ONE day, because I had an episode where my vision was messing with me. He was like no can do. That's fine - I never returned to that office and also switched my whole family to a new clinic.

Dr. Vue and staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The eye appointment was seamless, and the process of obtaining new glasses was equally efficient. I highly recommend.

The staff are kind and professional. Dr. Vue is very knowledgeable and willing to help. I went to 2 clinics before this one and told them my contacts made me feel dizzy but no one cared to find out why- they just told me the prescription is right and I needed to get used to them. As soon as I told Dr. Vue at my eye exam, he looked at different possibilities and found that it was due to my astigmatism. My contacts feel amazing and I never feel afraid to speak up about my needs.

Both Dr. Vue & staff are friendly and provide excellent services. Dr. Vue always makes sure you (as the patient) are a part of your own eye health. Dr. Vue is thorough and professional. There is always flexibility with scheduling appointments. Thank you to Vue eye clinic- you make a difference in our community.

My family have been using Vue Eye Clinic for many years now and I am very happy with them. I usually get appointments within a week or most times within the next few days of my call. It's nice to receive appointment reminders! In addition, we usually receive our ear wears within a timely manner. I am most happy about how professional the front desk is as well as the service provided!

The front desk staff and Dr. Vue were incredibly professional and welcoming. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely be back! Just an FYI for first time visitors: the clinic is located on the lower level of the Face to Face building. Once you enter the building, you'll see signs for Vue eye clinic. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome Doctor and team. Very professional and thorough. They won't try to upsell you anything like these franchise eye clinics. Dr. Vue is very kind and helpful. His staff is also very kind. This place is in the hood, but that doesn't stop us from going back!
