Absolutely horrible billing. Went in for an appointment back in November. When Id left thought everything was paid for. First week of February I get billed just a few days before it was due. Go in to try and pay it. Reception desk was closed for hour n a half lunch break. So I pay online. Only to get a bill saying I was late on payment and charged me full amount plus interest. Never going to Northwest Eye Center again.

First I asked to only do whatever was covered by my insurance instead you ran a bunch of test that were not covered and cost me almost a 100$ then you tried to sell me both glasses and contacts which as I had to inform you only one is covered not both then the dr refused to write a contact prescription for a contact that i already have that are half the price elsewhere but because you dont sell the same brand you refuse to write the prescription, therefore its all about the money. Next issue was you ordered the wrong contacts after I specified what was needed at that point im done I won't go back and hopefully this helps others in their choices of eye care and what they should expect if going there.

They were speedy, kind, and thoughtful. I went in because I was experiencing extreme pain in my left eye. They were able to see me within 5 minutes of calling and was in to the doctor 10 minutes later with a piece of metal safely removed from eye. Thank you so very much to everyone at Northwest Eye Center
