The eye Dr. is really great he explains things well and asks all the time if I have questions and just to call him back if I have any troubles. The front desk hellp I really don't like to talk to they are rude and no help at all with the exception of James. He is always willing to help no matter what I stop in for. He is so helpful and courteous he is an awesome employee. Thank you James for always going that extra to help!

Liked Dr. Kelly a lot. But, I will not be back. I ordered contacts over 3 weeks ago, and still have not received them. I have called 4 times, and get a different answer every time. "They should be here any day now" "They will be here Friday." "They will be here Monday" I just called today, and she said "Looks like they are shipping today." That is unacceptable! I asked for a trial pair - of course they don't have any.

I contracted viral pinkeye on Sunday 1/5 and by Tuesday was completely miserable. I got a Bentadine treatment from Dr. Kelly and am fold better today, in fact was much better by the next day. Thank you a million again to Dr. Christopher Kelly and your team at the Sanford Eye Clinic for your awesomely amazing care!! These people truly ROCK!!! It's crazy how we take simple, every day things, such as being able to open our eyes, for granted until we can hardly do it without any pain or serious effort. #gratefulformyhealthyeyes
