Dr. Laura and Sue are consistently professional and patient, and they take the time to answer questions thoroughly. Overall, the clinical care has been excellent! However, the front desk staff often appears unapproachable, which makes me hesitant to ask questions. I hope they can have a more welcoming and patient communication style at the front desk.

I have been going to Dakota Eye care since I was in 2nd grade, I am now in my 40s and have never had an issue! Staff is wonderful, glasses are good quality and the Doctors are knowledgeable! They don't just sell glasses/ contacts, they actually care about your eye health. Highly recommend for your eye care needs!!

The entire staff at Dakota Eye Care was first class in all respects. Both for my eye exam and for my wife's whom has advance Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Laura Flockencier was a gem, and showed incredible patience with my wife as well as detailed understanding of her exam to myself. They have great equipment and facilities, I will look forward to my return visits for years to come.

Dr.Matthew Hennen is the best since my longtime eye specialist retired; he listens and explains...no pressure tactics. Before I found him, it was extremely hard for me to find a comfortable fit--he fits the bill! His staff--across the board--are wonderful and thorough.

Dr. Rachel is so thorough and listens to patients concerns. Great at making recommendations. I love working with Sue in the contacts department. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that she has the best contacts got me.

I gave a 10 because my exam was very detailed, my Dr took time and was very passionate with getting me thru my diagnosis and RX change. My experience when choosing my lens choices was HORRIBLE, while I had an appt.the GAL was VERY short, she mentioned that the line of people waiting was getting long and I should go home and think about it.. I felt like I was an inconvenience for her in deciding my options. I am on a fixed income, she was not helpful in assisting me with what fits my needs! I will not be interacting with her when I pick my glasses up... was also told it would take 20 to 25 minutes to get it printed out of what I had purchased. IThe manager will be contacted. Very disappointed with her behavior

I have been going here for decades, and this group continues not to disappoint! Yesterday I had an appointment with Sue who takes care of all contact orders. She is someone I had not met yet, and she was amazing! They also have a wide array of quality and designer eyeglasses for those who want something different, and they host a trunk show once a year. Give them a call!

First time here. From check in to check out, it was awesome. What struck me was how personable everyone is. Very professional and smart folks, who know how to make a clinic feel less clinical.
