Ophelia is simply the best. My kids and I have worn glasses for years so we are no strangers to the process. But Ophelia is truly next level customer service. I've not had a retail experience like this in over 20 years. She went way above and beyond to get my son the pair of glasses he really wanted. Ophelia is smart, knowledgeable, kind, honest, accommodating and very hard working. She truly wanted us to have an exceptional experience at Pearl Vision, and she provided that what my son really wanted and she did everything she could to make sure he got the frames he wanted Our experience at Pearl Vision; specifically with Ophelia; made my entire month. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had such a good experience today. It was my first time at a pearl vision in West Saint Paul. My optician Ophelia was fantastic she was able to pull up my insurance. Took her time with me finding the right pair of glasses, she didn't rush me to hurry up. And believe me I can never make my mind up lol. Ophelia was very helpful in helping me make my decision on the perfect pair. So if your looking for a good eye clinic and down to earth employees who care about you as an individual not a number come on in to Pearl Vision.

This place has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They changed my prescription on my contact lenses. After wearing them for a few days I called to see if I can come back in because something isn't right only to be told there is nothing they can. They generously offered for me to pay full price for another exam but couldn't find a way to get me in for a couple weeks. Pretty much told me to pound sand. I know going to a major chain was a gamble but 0/10 I would not recommend this place to anyone. I actually will go out of my way to discourage people from coming here

I had a great experience at Pearl Vision thanks to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I needed. It made a big difference. My experience at Pearle Vision has been extremely poor from start to finish. Oct 15: I came in for an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses: readers and progressives. During checkout, the technician had to go back to the doctor to clarify the prescription because the handwriting was not legible. Nov 20: I called to ask where my glasses were. I was told they had "texted me," but I received no call, and I was never clearly notified that the glasses had arrived. When I picked them up, the progressives (about $850) caused immediate issues--headaches and severe distortion (I felt disoriented, almost like I was intoxicated). The readers were blurry/non-focused--a cheap pair of readers from Target was sharper than what I received. When I reported these issues, I was told this is "just how progressives are," rather than having the situation properly evaluated. I requested a re-check exam because I believe the prescription or measurements were wrong. Staff were confrontational and told me insurance likely wouldn't cover a re-exam because "too much time had passed," despite the fact that I wasn't properly notified that the glasses were in and couldn't start the adjustment window sooner. As of Jan 20, I still do not have a working set of glasses. They've acknowledged issues with the readers and said they were redone, but they continue insisting the progressives are fine even though they are not wearable for me. This has been a major failure in both quality control and customer service. If you value accurate prescriptions, clear communication, and accountability, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I worked with Ophelia, she is AMAZING. I bought my first pair of designer glasses, and she made the process so pleasant. Very sweet and helpful! She had good conversations and very great attitude, made me feel very comfortable and confident. If you're looking, please come and ask for Ophelia. You will not be disappointed at all.

Every one here was so kind! They're efficient and quick and knowledgeable. Ophelia and Elliot were very helpful and Dr. Brubaker is great. We'll be back!!
