Had a routine checkup/visit - Insurance covers these and I should get two free per year. They coded it as something else and charged me $240. I asked why and nobody could give me an answer. I left messages with billing and never received any follow up. I was told a manager would follow up with me about this and make things right if I provided my contact info. I have sent multiple emails and I have not received a response. Very disappointed.
