White Bear Eye Clinic & Optical

I've been coming here for a few years and have always had the best experience the friendliest staff and they go above and beyond!! Whether it's entertaining my children while I shop for glasses or when I dropped and broke my glasses the repair looks and feels like brand new! Plus I wasn't even charged since I purchased them there. I used to go to America's Best and Pearle Vision, but I will never go anywhere else besides White Bear Optical. There is no where that comes close to being better

WB Eye Clinic has invested heavily in new technology. I love how they are so forward thinking when it comes to my eye health. The data and information gathered by the multiple new technologies will provide a good baseline for the future as my eyes age.

I have been receiving my eye care from White Bear EYE Clinic and Optical since I was a kid...a long time ago! I always receive friendly, courteous and top notch service and care. They have all the current equipment to diagnose and treat my eye needs as well as wall after wall of eyeglasses to choose from. I see Dr. Anna Percival and she is welcoming, kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and takes all the time needed to review the results of your checkup! I highly recommend Dr. Percival and White Bear Eye!

I was in town visiting family for the holidays and had an urgent issue with my contacts requiring a new pair of contacts. I researched multiple eye offices within an hour of White Bear Lake and WB Eye Clinic & Optical was incredible. Their team of technicians (especially Irene) was immensely helpful, very responsive, friendly, kind and professional. If I lived in the cities, I would make White Bear Eye Clinic & Optical my home for eye health.

I've been going to White Bear Eye Clinic for many years; long enough that two of my previous docs have retired. I saw a new doc this time, Dr. Moe. She was great... attentive, thorough, and personable. I highly recommend this eye clinic and Dr. Moe!

Beautiful White Bear Optical has an incredibly unique and beautiful selection of frames you won't find everywhere else. The lenses are high quality, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to help you find something that looks great on you. Highly recommend!

Family has been going here for over 10 years and had the worst experience ever. Was moved to 3 different rooms and waited for doctor for 70 minutes - no updates from anyone in clinic until I went out to see what was up. They then asked me to move another Dr I had to stay (almost 2 hours after my appointment time) and I couldn't. Then, had to reschedule for over a week later. Awful service and if I hadn't already done the eye exams with the assistant, I'd be going elsewhere. They don't value their customers, especially long term ones. When I asked what I should do if I had to wait this long again, they said it wouldn't happen. Makes me sad to go away from a local business but if this is the wait & with ZERO communication from front desk or doctor, I'll take my business elsewhere.

My wife, my Mom and I came in today for some glasses for me. Super friendly people and a huge selection, I did find a pair, and I can't wait to get them. Thank you White Bear eye clinic.
