Alison or Alyssa sounded annoyed with my presence. (Mind you I JUST walked in) she came at me with a tone when she informed me that my insurance wasn't accepted there. Then she continued to have a conversation with people across the front room... annoyed that she chose to ignore the customer in front of her.
I felt like she didn't care for me being there and I don't think I'd recommend or come again. The first time you meet someone, impressions stick and she left a VERY Soir taste in my mouth. So ima fins another place where they look at me like a normal person and not with such attitude behind their body language

I am pretty disappointed! I have insurance but it won't be good next year cuz they have their own. I have been given the runaround about my contacts and they say I can't have more than one trial! Bull! I'm 64 and never been told this. Needless to say I'm not going back.

They have been doing nothing but giving my mom the run around for her glasses. Treat her like she is not important because she is on Medicare. They say everything is covered and they will send for her glasses and then when mom called for status they say they need payment first. I called them back and only get voicemail and no call back to try to resolve the issue.

Since the new owner has taken over, nobody has any clue what is going on here. All staff is rude, and will hang up on you and keep you on hold even when it is a medical emergency. Deeply disappointed.

The five stars are a true rating. All the staff are very kind and so helpful all the time. The office is very up to snuff with all the covid details. Most of all Dr Gearts MD is so professional and knowledgeable of my eye problems great expla putining everything and super careful and precise giving me shots in the eyes. Makes me feel like I am his only patient.

My father had an eye shot yesterday on October 6th and he had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Geralts and his assistant/nurse Brian. His eye didn't hurt too much afterwards and doesn't hurt at all today. Keep up the great work!
