I don't normally leave a negative review anyplace, but the end result was a very far off and basic prescription, as compared to a previous one. Not to mention the attitude you'll receive if you choose to purchase the frames YOU WANT, elsewhere. I simply would not recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Stephanie for about 10 years now. I've always had great service. She has a large selection of frames and she helped my oldest child learn how to put in his contacts.

Right when you walk through the door, you're greeted by some very kind employees. Dr. Thier knows how to make anyone feel like a friend. This is also a great place to stop if you're looking for a variety of frames. They have 3 walls filled with them. They don't leave you waiting in the waiting room forever either. They are very quick even when they're busy.

I have been going to Dr. Stephanie Thier for a decade. She is amazing. If I have I had an issue with my glasses or contacts she has ALWAYS stood behind them or done what she could for me! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stephanie Thier!! Always a great experience!

Awsome service. Had an emergency where I needed a contact because one tore and they were willing to work with me. And as a truck driver who leaves tomorrow it's awsome

Terrible. Pay hundreds of dollars for glasses and when they come, they're not right. So they make you come back and recheck your eyes that somehow changed in 2 weeks.. but those new glasses come in and are wrong too. Then they wont give you a refund.. saying you got to come back for a check up and order new lenses that I have to pay for.. Steph was so unprofessional on the phone and was rude.. didn't resolve anything and quickly got off the phone because she had a patient and said she'd call back. Well, haven't received a phone call yet.. and don't expect one. Take your business somewhere else where they know what they're doing and will get it right the first time.. and not make you pay for their mistakes. UPDATE: went to a different eye doctor in town. Diagnosed with a stigmatism in both eyes.. something Steph couldn't figure out. Maybe equipment is too old? Or she's just not the best at her job. Had to pay for a whole new eye exam and glasses because there was still no refund from her mess up.

Loved this Dr. she helped me so much. Please go see her for all your eye needs. Caring and sweet. Listens well.
