We absolutely adore Dr. Sugg! He's the only doctor who has ever made my toddler laugh and allowed her to be calm. He's incredibly kind and great with both of my kids. Additionally, he's very helpful and informative about what's happening.

Wait time for appt was over an hr. Was on the verge of walking out when I was finally called. Not even a courtesy "hey we're running a little behind" or "hey we're short staffed today would like to reschedule". Nope, they just wanted to waste your time while making sure they still got paid. Next time I get a referral to this office/doctor I'll immediately request a different provider.

My husband and I thought Dr. Ray was very thorough and extremely pleasant. His nurse/assistant is courteous and accommodating (saw her also with Dr. Rojas) and the technician who did my pre-exam is just wonderful. We both -- my husband especially -- appreciate being seen timely. This was the main driving factor in our seeking out a new doctor. Lastly, SEG has been on top of appointments/change notifications, etc. which is excellent. Couldn't be happier.
