The girl at the front desk was impatient, rude, on her phone and seemed to not want to be bothered. I was in a hallway for part of my exam. My glasses were the worst prescription I have ever had. I haven't been able to see with them since the first time I put them on. Even I called the Dr to inform her my prescription is off, she blamed it on the place I got the frames, which I have never had a problem with. My first experience and only experience here was by far the worst I have ever had and I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old. I will not go back nor will I recommend.

Third time I have been to this place and it has never gotten better... I couldn't go into the back to consult the doctor about my girls eye concern! She is 14. This place is a joke! The only one with any home training seems to be the receptionist! I do not recommend this place... period. When I asked about my concerns she said we have seen her before... I said when... she had to look and said 2019... it's 2022 and I had questions I would have liked to asked about.. she said you can ask them.. I said what about your hipa law that I signed? And we are about to talk in front of everyone? Maybe it couple just be ..."me".... But seriously unprofessional!
