I visited the clinic today and nothing short of amazing from the customer service and care especially considering I was a walk-in. The wait was not long at all and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable regarding co-pays and explaining warranties/fees. I am really pleased and enjoyed my visit today. I usually go to the location in Byram but this Jackson staff was phenomenal. I love good customer service, if I could tip I would lol Shoutout to Dr. Bullin and the entire staff. 10 out of 10 recommend

The wife and I had a great experience at Mississippi eye today. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean facility and with my insurance my out of pocket was very little. Not a large selection of frames but i was able to find a pair the wife liked. Doesn't hurt that they're only 8 minutes from my house. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I've been coming to this location for years, I've never had any complaints until now! I recently went in for my routine eye exam. My appointment was at 2:30. When I arrived I was told I couldn't be serviced unless I had a mask on. I didn't have a problem with that. I went and got a mask. When I returned I noticed that everyone didn't have to follow the same rules because there was a lady in there with no mask!! If you guys have a mask rule then everyone should have to follow this same rule!!

Wish they were more upfront & more knowledgeable on what products they are selling. Shouldn't be trying to get more money out of people & more trying to resolve the issues that they caused. Love supporting small businesses but when you're spending $300+, I would like to know I'm not being ripped off.

Came to pick my husband glasses up and the desk clerk was about to go get them until one of the ladies asked do I have the frame with me and I told her that they was with them and she said no their not so I left and came home to find out that they did have the frames so 20 dollars of gas waisted well 40
