I gave two stars because I've never had an issue with Dr. Cannon. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for her staff. Today, I spent 5 minutes arguing with someone named Kimberly after picking out glasses, because she could not do simple math. My frame allowance was $150. I picked frames for $350. I receive 20% off for frames over $150. She became visibly frustrated because I kept questioning the total of $260 after she kept insisting that 40% off $200 was $260. It was unbelievable. She was practically yelling and after checking to see if I saw her wearing hearing aids, I gently told her she was very loud, but she continued. She then said she would get someone else to explain to me (how 40% off $200 equals $260), another tech who made the same mistake, but after saying it aloud a second time, realized the mistake and apologized. Kimberly never did and her attitude was way less than pleasant. After I paid, Kimberly informed me of the 3-week wait which she said was due to me not adding $35 for another feature. I asked for a refund and left. There are way too many options to visit anywhere without top-notch customer service.

I had a great experience today. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45a; I arrived at 9:15p and was back home by 10:35 (I live a few minutes away). Evan was so nice and Dr. Byers was very thorough.

I absolutely love this place and the staff. My daughter and I went there off a referral and I am glad we did. They were very courtious and professional. No attitudes and very patient with us. The doctor was also amazing. He explained everything well and just a great guy. I highly recommend this office.

I was told today by the young lady that answered the phone.that when I came in this year I didn't have any vision insurance and they just kindly gave me my glasses for free I have insurance with my job and aarp until 2025 already paid up every time I have came to this place it's been a problem to never again the other provider was able to see my coverage on both policy's apparently the one answering the phone doesn't have the right skills Thank you for nothing I just had my eye xam today and nothing is wrong with my insurance where I went today they had the complaint prejudice and I agree

Super friendly and helpful staff! Really like Dr. Stewart and how thorough she is. Definitely recommend Elite Optical.
