Great experience for being my daughter's first visit. They were so patient and kind with her being such a busy little girl. Front desk was kind and helpful then when we got her eyes dilated the lady who did it was so kind and showed her the treasure box let her play with all the toys after while we waited on a room to be put in which didn't take long but for a 1 yr old busy girl it probably felt like forever but access to toys I think made it well worth it. Then the dr came in dr Hanna and she was so good with my daughter and worked with her not against her as she didn't understand what was going on and what we wanted of her. Great place to come especially for kids or id even say kids who need special love and patience during appointments. Thank you to each of you who showed great love to my baby girl. Highly recommend yall.

As usual, I felt that my concerns were addressed. An appointment was made for the next step that was recommended. The office staff and doctors are friendly as always! Dr. Suzanne Cunningham is wonderful...very positive and thorough!

I went in early to my appt. I gave the check in lady my Medicare and Aetna card along with my picture ID. I went through the whole process. The doctor that did my exam was AWSOME. She is very knowledgeable and did a patient/provider collaboration. When I went to check out I was told I owed 75.00. I asked the check out lasy why 75.00? She said that's what your visit cost. I asked her that's with Aetna Insurance? She informed me that they didn't take Aetna Insurance. This was shocking to me because I should have been informed of this at check in. She informed me that I could go across to 82 clinic and they will bill Aetna for me, but they don't do any billing there. This really upset me because there isn't any professionalism at check out. It feels like oh well whatever. This is the 2nd time that I was made to feel like I didn't matter because of my skin color. The check out section have some major problems No one seems to want to be there. This is not how it was when Dr. Curtis ran the clinic. Don't get me wrong my eye exam was great as always from the Tech to the doctor. They did an AWSOME job and made me feel a part of the process. I just feel like I should have been informed about my Insurance at intake and let me decide if I wanted to continue with exam. Check out really need some help.

Dr. Cunningham is the greatest Optometrist. Always explains everything in detail. Very courteous and professional. The best. Highly recommended her. All her staff treats you with utmost respect.

I just had my first appointment at Curtis Optometry. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly and patient. I was late for my appointment and expected to have a long wait while they worked me in... I was wrong. They got me back and whisked me through with almost no waiting at all. They were patient and helpful while I was trying to choose frames. All in all I cannot think of any way my appointment could have been better.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr Hannah Nail is always nice and listens to your concerns. Kelly was great in helping me pick out new frames and getting everything I needed. CiCi is always helpful too.

Dr. Hannah Nail and Dr. John Nail have both taken amazing care of me and my eyes. I was given an appointment because of weird symptoms in my eyes. Dr. Hannah Nail got me in the see a local specialist on the same day and I was treated for two tears in my retina that very afternoon. I will forever be grateful to her. Curtis Optometry is the best.

Everyone was so nice, I didn't have to wait and went in to my appointment at 9:04 am for a 9:00 am appointment. Dr, Hannah Nail was great and thorough!!! It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Curtis Optometry Group, and Dr. Nail to everyone!!!
