My husband and I have been coming to the Walmart Vision Center for the past two years. This past Saturday, we had our eye exams next door and stopped in to look at glasses, but we had to leave for another appointment -- and honestly, our favorite optician, Stella, wasn't there!
We came back today and immediately felt so happy when we saw Stella was working. As soon as she saw us, she greeted us by name and was genuinely excited to see us. It honestly amazed us because we haven't been in since 2024, and she still remembered our names!
Stella finished helping the customer she was with and then gave us her full attention. She is such a kind, happy, and lovely person to be around. She took her time helping us choose our glasses while also assisting other customers and answering the phone -- all at the same time. She was the only one there and handled everything efficiently and professionally without ever seeming overwhelmed.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly makes the experience enjoyable. We love Stella and will continue coming to the Walmart Vision Center just for her. She is a gem!

They actually listen, provide the best option for your budget and are phenomenal at guiding a customer through the insurance coverage maze. And they do it all with a smile, kindness and care.
