Coast Eyes Clinic & Optical

I switched to this clinic several years ago for convenience and have been generally satisfied with the care received. However, I am disappointed by the clinic's policy regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling. It appears that any cancellation or reschedule, regardless of timing or circumstance, is held against the patient indefinitely. When attempting to schedule a new appointment, I was informed that I would need to walk-in due to a prior cancellation, despite my last visit being over two years ago. The clinic's priority on minimizing lost revenue over patient relationships is clear. As a result, I will be seeking care back to my old provider half an hour away. 8 out of 9 appointments were cancelled or missed? Let's get the story straight here. I've been going to this clinic since 2018. 1 appointment was missed, by accident, YEARS AGO. Things happen. Life happens. I was able to reschedule and get seen, correct?! 2 appointments were rescheduled, YEARS AGO not cancelled but y'all mark anything rescheduled as cancelled. My last two appointments that were scheduled in 2025 were cancelle yes but in a timely manner. Again, priority on minimizing "lost revenue" over patient relationships is clear.

I always dread going to any doctor. Today was different. The front desk ladies were happy to be there and Dr. Cox was the kindest and most efficient eye doctor that I have ever been to. I finally found a clinic for my whole family to go to!!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Coast Eyes. The front desk people were great. The optometrist was very thorough and pleasant. I am very happy with the care my daughter received.

Today was my first visit. I am super impressed with the customer service. I checked in filled out get new patient information and was going to the back to begin my exam in what seems like ten minutes top. My examination was quick, the doctor listened to my concerns and we were fine in va timely manner. The receptionist were friendly and even helped me pick out a lovely pair of cost effective glasses. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

Extremely thorough, very professional, the Doctor took the time to ask about my life and work. That doesn't happen often in these times. A very friendly and accommodating staff! Do yourself a favor and treat your precious eyes to an extremely proficient professional! I'm glad I did!

After our first visit this is going to be our forever eye care doctor. Ya'll are so kind and patient, I can't thank you enough for your help. Take your little ones here, they were so wonderful with my 18m son. I have anxiety and hate making appointments especially with a small toddler but they were wonderful. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again, I look forward to our next visit.

When I say these are the most caring, sensitive, and supportive people I have ever encountered, that is truly an understatement. My family went through a very sensitive and emotional situation, and the way they wrapped their arms around us is something I will never forget. They protected my other children, kept them shielded from what was happening, and made sure they felt safe and loved through it all. In the middle of my own fear and worry, they hugged me, looked me in my eyes, and told me everything would be okay. That kind of compassion can't be taught. It comes from genuine hearts. I am forever grateful for the kindness, the understanding, and the love they showed my family during one of our hardest moments. If you're looking for people who don't just do their jobs but truly care, you won't find a better team than this one. My heart is so, so thankful.

Dr. Cox and staff made my niece who has anxiety being around people very comfortable - excellent customer service. Ability to get an appointment quickly and did not have to wait long during the appointment. This is the place you want to go to for great ocular care.
