We are so grateful for Dr. Galle and the incredible care he provides. He is kind, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. Our dog always receives the best treatment, we wouldn't trust anyone else.
Bonnie, Maya and Lori are just as wonderful. They are always warm, attentive, and shower our dog, Satchmo with love every time we visit.
We are so fortunate to have such an amazing veterinary team so close to us. Absolutely the best place to go for any dog with eye concerns!

Extremely rude and heartless front desk British woman. She never called about my dog's perforated eyeball emergency surgery that was time critical. (She had referral from my primary vet.) When we finally did get ahold of her from a different phone number she immediately told us surgeon IS NOT doing any surgery at all on our dog and rudely sighed after being asked simple questions, responded with attitude saying we could bring our pet to be evaluated with a wait time because they are busy. (Mind you his eyeball is popped under pressure and bleeding, in excruciating pain.) Also stated she received referral hours earlier, but for some reason didn't have the courtesy to call (OR ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THAT IS HER ROLE.) and let us know that she received this. We have been highly stressed and nervous about time being he could go completely blind. THIS LADY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS NO COMPASSION FOR PETS. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

We cannot say enough about Dr. Galle, Bonnie, Daphne, Rachael and all the staff. They care about your loved one's health in a way we have not experienced from others. A leading specialist like Dr. Galle is a huge resource to the Gulf Coast and I'm not sure what we would have done without his expertise to manage a rare condition and give our dog the best life possible. It's easy to see why people, including us, drive hours to seek the best care.
