Cagle Eye Center

Me and my daughters love Cagle Eye Center and have continued going there even after our insurance company stopped covering their services. Dr. Cagle is great and Candace and staff are always very helpful and kind!

Said they'd take my insurance after about 20 minutes of exchanging numbers and info on the phone. Then said they couldn't after I took off work to come for the scheduled visit. Where they basically said it was my fault and treated me like a hillbilly even though they know nothing about me. In short, I'd agree that the staff sucks. The place looked clean, and I can't vouch for the Dr.

Dr. Cagle is very caring and kind. We switched from Total eye care in Fulton to Cagle eye center about 3 years ago and I am so glad we did. Dr. Cagle takes her time with my son and we appreciate her very much! The staff is also very welcoming and friendly!

Visit this office on 2 separate occasions. Dr. Cagle is very nice but staff not so friendly. The first visit was for an eye exam, which went well. My next visit was for an infection but at the time Dr. Cagle diagnosed it as allergy. My eyes were burning, red and itchy. I paid $75 for the office visit and was told to purchase an eye medication over the counter with no follow up to see if the medication was working. My eyes continued to get worse but I did not want to pay another $75 to see Dr. Cagle and the not so friendly staff. I went to Sears Optometry in Tupelo, were I saw a different optometrist. She placed drops in my eyes to examine me and found that I had an infection and not an allergy. She gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and my eyes started feeling much better. The exam also included a follow up in which the doctor provided another exam to make sure the infection was completely gone! So happy to have found help in order to start the healing process. You only get 1 pair of eyes!!

Would give five Stars but over the years I've noticed the staff is not as friendly as they could be . Also you need some knowledge of eye glasses , contacts and insurance because of the staffs demeanor. As for Dr. Cagle she is outstanding and couldn't ask for s better Dr.
