I wish I could give zero stars. I just picked up my glasses after three weeks of waiting. The main issue I had was the fact that you could never get anyone on the phone. I made a post on Facebook about how long it has been and could not get a hold of anybody and was asking for a number to call. I got a call the same day saying my glasses were ready. I go to pick up my glasses and see a bunch of rude comments on my invoice created by the staff about the post on Facebook. I asked the front desk lady for a copy of that invoice to prove the rude comments and she refused. The front desk lady called the owner and told him about the situation but just shrugged it off. I definitely do not advise anyone to go here. This place is trash.

These people will not answer the phone or return calls. I like Dr Lord, but the staff are not professional. It is a waste of time to leave a voicemail because they will not return calls. They will not return emails.Being short staffed is not an acceptable reason to ignore calls.I was generous giving them one star. My GOD, if they are short staffed then hire another worker! Using this same excuse week after week, month after month has gotten old. I am literally done with this place. I advise anyone who is considering going to this place find somewhere else.

My experience with GEC is usually an excellent one but recently the staff has been a bit short patience and now they just let the phone ring and will not answer. I understand lots of business is short staff but this is ridiculous. They ordered my glasses in Sept after they came back in 15 days as stated. The glasses was suppose to be the same prescription same tint and all. When the glasses came in the lens was black, the darkest shade I've ever seen. They tried to correct them in the office and could not. The lab tech told me she would have to send them back off to have them corrected. I've been calling , when someone finally answer my phone call all I hear is attitude. Today is Dec 9 and I still have not gotten my glass back and all they can tell me is they have not passed inspection. I have to call them and no one ever call and give me an update. Thank God for my Doctor because he is the only reason I'm still a patient at this place. Waiting from Sept to Dec is unacceptable.

If I could rate a zero I would! I haven't gotten an opportunity to experience their service because no one answers the phone. I have been trying for months to schedule an appointment, but as I stated earlier, no one answers. The phone just rings until it hung up on its own. What kind of business allows their phone to ring relentlessly and never answers? If this is the type of thing that goes on when trying to make an appointment, I'm not so sure if I even want to experience the service!

I've used Greenville eye since I was a little child. It's a good experience for both kids and adults. Not sure of what insurances they accept but it seems to be a large list. Common providers. They're an overall great choice.

Been going here since I was a child and when I turned 18 I stopped but I just started back going and the staff are still the same. They all remember me including Dr. Lord

The wait is too long. No one comes in to check on you to see if you're ok or let you know anything. It's not a place I would recommend unless your whole day is open. The nurses or anyone comes and acknowledge your presence, just walk on by.

Best I have ever been to...Nurses are experienced and so nice...will definitely recommend to anyone..Definitely my forever eye doctor..
