My son had a routine visit to get his eyes checked. I have Ambetter, we don't pay anything .. I was charged $35 bc the admin claims the visit was not routine and it was medical because he is a suspect of glaucoma and the dr will have to keep a watch on him. I asked when is his next appointment and she states in a year for his routine visit. She could not even confirm if he has glaucoma... WTW...
