I walked in shortly after lunch today thinking I was going to make an appointment for a week or two from now and Dora the receptionist said, would you like to do it now? I was so pleased she checked my insurance and it didn't cover their services however the price was
reasonable enough that I could just pay out-of-pocket. I was in and out in an hour with contacts on board. I will recommend Dr. Ford and his staff to all of my friends and family for future eye care. They deserve 10 stars.

Attempted to do a walk-in. The lady at the lobby desk never even looked up simply telling me that they we're fully booked. Then told me that I could come back after lunch if I wanted to. There was nobody else in the office, apparently even the doctor wasn't there. Very poor customer service.

We were there at the door knocking and calling, even saw a lady at the end of the hall,,,we were there 25 minutes needlessly waiting because they chose to leave through a different door. They could have come and told us that they were leaving, how rude. Classical example of if somebody thinks they've got authority but don't. Rude rude

Staff was rude was told they weren't in my insurance network when I called the insurance company they explained they didn't have a network I could go anywhere just tell the receptionist to call them and they would explain how to file so when I went back in there and told them this the lady was rude and said they couldn't do it! Wouldn't even try!
