Highly recommended! I was able to order lenses for my current frames, they were fast and the delivery only took a couple of days. Great customer service, and their shop is super cute too!

We were visiting Gulfport on vacation, and shortly after our arrival our 5 year old broke his glasses. We brought them in and they were able to repair them on site. They're incredibly kind and helpful!

Extremely helpful staff and very fast service. Great selection. They fixed a pair of glasses I purchased elsewhere and hooked me up with a great new pair. They were ready the next day. They took a lot of time with me to help find the perfect style for me. Focused on customer service and not in the least bit pushy.

My husband and our 11 year old son went to Kern Optical today to inquire about getting our son new frames because the ones he had were broken and held together with black tape. This was our first time going to this office. When they walked in they were greeted very kindly. The staff were extremely helpful and informed my husband that after picking out frames they would cut the lens out of our son's broken glasses to fit the new frames. That process only took maybe 20 mins and our child was able to walk out in brand new glasses that he didn't have to be embarrassed of. Thank you so much to those who helped out my men today. Thank you for your kindness, short wait time, and for your input on our situation. The glasses look amazing on him. We will highly recommend you all to everyone.

My brother, sister , and I purchased glasses at Kern recently. I got my first pair and they were blurry so I took them back to make sure everything was correct with the prescription. They told me it was all correct so I went back to my doctor and found out they made them incorrectly. I decided that I would be more comfortable having my doctor's office fix them since the Kern employees couldn't even tell me what was wrong. They were completely rude and blamed the whole situation on the doctor and took no responsibility. I was under the impression that I had 60 days for a refund but then I find out that they do not give refunds even when they make the prescription incorrectly. The ladies in the office were very rude to begin with so I was not surprised. They just lost 3 customers and my dad was also about to buy a pair there but we will take our business elsewhere. They seem to forget who is the customer and paying for the service.

We're taking a vacation in Gulfport. My husband's eyeglasses broke. One of the lenses fell off. His glasses are half framed one. We googled and visited Kern optical. Everyone was nice and fixed the glasses right away. They charged a reasonable price. Very happy!
