Primary & Medical Eyecare: Maiolatesi L OD

If I could give dr. Leonard and his wife a 0 I would. I went there 11/4 to get my eye prescription. He gave me the prescription and it wasn't very legible to begin with . So Eyemart made the glasses and it took two for that. Anyway the prescription wasn't right so I went back got the script and took it back to the eye mart. Dr. Leonard Malatasei forgot to put the cylinder and axis in the spot on the script. So they faxed a new one. Then he forgot to put the ADD on it. So when THEY FINALLY sent supposedly the right one. Then the script was AGAIN. in the DIST spot on the original script it should have said +4.25 the one they faxed over said +4.00 when we at eye mart realized the Doc had already left for the night. So being that that they are only open. 1 and 1/2 of days. I had to wait until Thursday to talk to someone. I can understand the NO REFUND policy what I don't understand the lack of Integrity. They are the ones who made the errors . Not once, not twice, but three times and they expect to wanna let hom look at my eyes again. No!!. If you need an EYE DOCTOR DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. How can they expect me to trust you as an eye doctor to look at my eyes again. I don NOT TRUST YOU. I wasn't asking for a full refund...JUST mine. The lack of integrity should outway your refund policy considering it was your mess up. What really stinks is that the last picture is the original script. Which is so different..

The asian receptionist is RUDE AS HELL. Do not recommend if you don't have too. If you need a copy of your script and you had it done at either location don't expect for them to be connected and be able to give it to you cause they are in the stone ages and only PAPER CHART and won't even attempt to communicate with the other office even though THEY OWN BOTH. The doctor was fine with the exam and knowledgeable. But as for being able to get in touch with the office good luck. Very unprofessional experience. DEFINITELY lost my buisness.

Excellent care this doctor gave me recently when I went in for an eye exam after my dog chewed up my glasses. Very kind and knowledgable about my vision. Went out of his way to inform me about fitting my old lenses into an inexpensive frame to keep as a backup pair. Will bring in the rest of my family for all their daycare needs!

Had an appt for 2 weeks they took my insurance info and said oh yeah we take that.but when I got there after filling out new patient paperwork then I was told they don't take my insurance . Can't say how good the dr.is because the two lady's working the desk just told me sorry we will cancel your appt.called my insurance and was told yes they do take it. So I would recommend going elsewhere do to the staff
