Pretty good experience. MaryAnn provided quick service & she knew her inventory well. They should tell you the total price, though, and not just advertise the cost of frames without lenses. Make sure you know the total price before starting process.

Avoid this Walmart on 49 and this optometrist: Dr. Maiolatesi. Dr. Terri Shannon is the lady at the front desk and Maiolatesi does the eye exams. Maiolatesi totally rushed me through the process of finding my prescription and did it, literally, in two minutes. I ordered my glasses, with his prescription, and guess what, the prescription is way off. Totally blurry for reading at a distance and dangerous for driving at night. Although they wasted my time and money, conveniently, there is no refund for their terrible services and they are independent of Walmart so no one can hold them accountable for their bad business. Go anywhere else if you want an accurate prescription and someone who will actually take their time to get it right the first time. These guys are a joke.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses same frames, prescription told 5 to 7 days day 7 1 pair is in but not the othe. Why would you send it in as two different orders ,then they set up twice to make lenses two different shippings,makes no sence.then get rude because I'm upset that it's taking more than 7 day and ther order system is ignorant.

Wonderful, smart, & beautiful woman Ny'Kyria helped me with my order and was very knowledgeable. She understood me and listened and provided me with wonderful customer service soon as I entered. She walked me through the process and broke down pricing. In the end I was very satisfied. She needs a raise!!!!!

Let me start by saying, "The Dr. Was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The reason for the three stars comes down to an honest and clear response when you ask the cost of the service. I was told a eye glass exam would be $99.00, and a contact exam was a little more! When I go to check out, she smiles and says, "That will be $149.95. I'm my book, that's not a little more. Just tall the patient the cost up front.

I just wanted to share my first experience with Walmart's vision center. I came in with my costa sunglasses needing a screw. Clyde was pleasantly helpful. He took them saying "no problem, give me just a minute." A minute later he was back with my sunglasses repaired, cleaned and there was no charge.
