I have been a patient and the Doctor was Good. I called back later to make an appointment for sunglasses since I lost mine I was told I would have to update information on line I explained I do not have a computer at home and my phone was having problems I told her my information was in the system as I was a patient. She stated I could not have an appointment. I found out later that this is against the law to turn away a patient due to no online access at the time. This goes for Medical also. I just wanted to share the info. This is the only review I have ever given anywhere

Called to make an appointment for my daughter because all other eye doctors had scheduled us weeks out. So I called around close to 3:30 and they asked if I could bring her at 3:45 same day! That was amazing news and I was soooooo excited. The staff went above and beyond, very knowledgeable and answered questions that we needed answered. We didn't feel rushed or anything. I would 10/10 recommend..

The eye doctor was amazing, just great. The ladies behind the counter were awesome as well! Love them One star is because of how rude the lady was in the front. The one that helps when you pick out the frames and lenses. She was the most condescending person I have ever met. Shamed me for the type of insurance I have and talked to me like I'm the worst person in the world for being poor. Absolutely horrible experience. It's sad too cause I love the doctor there and the ladies behind the counter. Edit: changed review to four stars after speaking to the office manager. She was very nice and very apologetic. She said to call her for my next appointment and she will take care of getting me in and stuff the next time. Made me feel like I can try them again in a year when my check up time rolls around.

I lost my glasses and had to have a new pair of sunglasses the professional staff at Horn Lake Eyecare were amazing. They really know their stuff and how to advise their patients. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend them 10X. Chasity and John are the best!!!

I went to this place with high hopes because I saw the five star rating on google. I came to this eye doctor optimistic and excited. Upon my arrival the desk clerk was wonderful, very nice woman. I ended up waiting a long time to meet with my doctor which is understandable because other patients probably came for a different reason than I. When I meant with the doctor he wasn't that nice. I felt like he rushed me/ the procedure. It's a difference between being fast, efficient, and pleasant and rushing and not talking to your patient. After the eye exam I chose my glasses and 10 minutes into me picking out my glasses the man responsible for processing the order came over and basically rushed me into getting a pair of glasses that I truly did not want just so he could hurry up and get me gone (it was not near closing time). Fast forward to now I have waited an entire month to receive my glasses and they have yet to come. I asked for them to deliver them since I am away at school. On top of that they charged me an extra $10 dollars just so they could cheaply send my glasses which I never got because they are more than likely lost in the mail because they went the cheap route. As of today they told me if my glasses aren't here in 2 days they will resend them. I have nothing against this establishment but bad business is bad business.

Awesome experience. My eye exam was very thorough and not rushed. Also took time to explain things and answer my questions. Same with the fitting of my new frames and lenses. They were busy when I went in and I see why because they are very good. I was still in and out within an hour. Always have a great experience when I visit.

I've been coming here since this place opened and I love the the physicians (hate you get someone different every time though) but the front desk is hit and miss. You might get someone nice who knows what they're doing and you might get someone who will give you wrong information. I had someone tell me my child wasn't covered to seen and I found out a year later that they actually were. I also had someone quote me incorrect prices that ended up costing me more for my prescription. My best advice is to actually get someone on the phone or go in person. Leaving a voicemail is practically pointless.They MIGHT return your call but likely will not. The hours of operation are also ridiculous...they are out of the office more than they are working. I keep coming because of the physicians but the front desk personnel make me want to go elsewhere.
