Highly recommend. The staff at Walmart vision center were all kind, helpful and professional. They were very patient with me while I decided on which pair of glasses I wanted. Also well informed on the types of lenses I could possibly get for my prescription. Loved that it didn't take long at all through the process of my exam as well as the time it took for my glasses to come in.

If you looking for good customer service go to this walmart I called the one on elvis presley and the one in southhaven for the same reason they just push me off with number Noone answered but this one went to get the information I need for me even thought it wasnt her department she scheduled my appointment and as a customer I really appreciated it So

What vision center? Walked in on a Saturday while they were open three weeks ago. Dr is not available on weekends. Ok, fine. Walk in on a Tuesday. Do you accept walk ins? Yes. Ok I need a vision exam. Sorry, the doctor won't be here til the 22nd. THEN WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN?!
