THIS IS HAROLD (HARRY) UGOLINI.....I HAD CATARACT SURGERY ON MY RIGHT EYE JAN. 13, 2021 BY. DR. JOHN LYON AT MAGEE GENERAL HOSPITAL,...I HAVE A BLACK EYE (SWOLLEN) LIKE A BLACK EYE SINCE URGERY..WITH ABOUT 75 % VISION initially believing it was my eye but it's the swelling around my eye causing impairment...dr lyon suggests a surgeon in Jackson that can fix.....BUT I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DR. TO FIX WHAT WAS CAUSED BY THE SURGERY....I DON'T THINK $$$$ IS MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS error and ADVANCED VISION SHOULD COVER ANY COSTS OF CORRECTING THIS......WHO WOULD WANT TO DEAL WITH A BLACK EYE THE REST OF THEIR LIFE...WISH I HAD NEVER HAD THE SURGERY....P.S. I'M 69 YEARS OLD
