The lady was kind and helpful selecting frames. She showed me the different levels and types of frames. I got a call the following day from her stating my glasses would be by lunch on the following day, and they were. Another lady took great care trimming, and adjusting my frames. They were both extremely efficient and kind. Will gladly recommend this store.

Hate this place, my son has been waiting on his glasses for over a month, they said it got lost in mail. Customer service is awful. They didn't even measure my son frames to fit his face. They are inconsiderate here. I wanted a manager to talk to about my experience, however, i was talking to the manager. This place deserves no stars. I didn't feel welcomed here especially after waiting 10 mins for assistance. They were in there room behind closed blinds being unprofessional. Manager told me I'm welcomed to go somewhere else after I called a month later asking where is my son's glasses. They never called me or updated me on what was going on. How rude, especially in the times we all are facing now.

Fast and friendly service. I live 45 minutes away and will continue to use them. I just bought two pair of glasses and couldn't be happier with the staff and their service. They took the time with me to be sure everything was perfect!

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service. After 6 visits, my grandsons glasses still do not fit and the manager did not seem to care. I received excellent service from another vision center. I will never use their vision center again.

I had a great experience picking out my new oakley prescription eyeglasses. I want to let people know I'm very picky. I went everywhere one place oakleys were over $700.00 and a pair of no names at Walmart was $441.00... and yes OAKLEYS HERE!!! NOT OFF BRANDS... I JUST PAID $395.00 I got no line bifocals antiglare best you can get for $395.00. Yes cheaper that even walmart sooooooo nowhere else to shop but here... customer for life!
