I came in because my glasses were fubar... Wendy is all around amazing didn't try to force me into an eye exam or to get anything other than what I needed, she helped find frame that fit my lenses and made sure they fit me properly. I walked out and to see the world clearly and in color Thanks Wendy.

Dr. Grady and his wife Wendy were very personable and friendly! They addressed my concerns and helped get me fitted for glasses, contacts and safety glasses. The atmosphere was professional but relaxed and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Thanks again for easing my worries!

Eyetech is like no other eye place I have used. Dr. Grady Clark really is all about taking care of you as a patient . My exam was a little long but you can tell that he's all about making sure your eyes are truly taken care of . He also tells you about what he's doing. And the staff is amazing. With the amazing Wendy being so wonderful and helpful with all that come through the doors. And the price are great .

This amazing doctor takes time and puts his patients needs first. I have never had a more thorough eye exam. Nice selection of affordable glasses also. I get so many compliments on my glasses and I have never seen better in my life. Finally a doctor that got my prescription right.

As always, I'm very pleased with my experience at EyeTech today. Wendy is so nice and seem to really care about the needs of the customer. My only complaint is the receptionist. She isn't very friendly. Other than that, I give EyeTech five stars and would highly recommend this place.

*Do not go to this eye doctor* I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and after filling out paperwork, was taken to the front exam room by the front desk assistant named Wendy who proceeded to tell me stories about how her son first learned about sex (among other inappropriate topics). Once the first part of my exam was completed by Wendy (it took about 15-20 minutes), I was sent back out to the waiting room for an hour until the doctor could see me. I was in the back exam room with Dr. Clark for over 45 mins and between eye tests, he told me stories of his mother getting pulled over by the cops and then proceeded to tell me that if I don't immediately begin using the eye drops he is prescribing that I will "have bags under my eyes like Bill Clinton in less than 5 years." Overall, I was at the appointment for over 2 hours and walked out without a contact lens prescription (because the eye doctor refused to write me a prescription for the contact lens I wanted and then would not write me a prescription until after I tried some trial lenses). Wendy ordered me trial contact lenses but did not notify me when they arrived in the office. The contact lenses were terribly uncomfortable and ripped on my eye, but I tried them and expected to receive a prescription soon. It took several calls and 2 more trips to the eye doctor over a span of 3 months before I finally walked out with a contact lens prescription. I ordered the contacts I wanted online, but I asked Wendy to order my 2 months of contacts covered by my insurance company. Although she called my insurance company several times, it has been nearly 4 months since my appointment and I still do not have those contact lenses (I tried calling the insurance company myself but apparently I do not have the power to reinstate my benefits, only the eye doctor office does). To top it all off, instead of attempting to try calling my insurance company again or offering the most basic customer service, I received the following text message from Wendy (the image of the text won't upload to this review, but the text message said "Hey it's Wendy Clark. Really nice of you to leave the negative comment on google. I did everything I could to please you and wasted hours of my time with your insurance company."). Apparently helping a customer is a "waste of time." Again, do not go to this eye doctor office for their lack of professionalism and customer service.

Doctor is very intelligent and makes sure he gets things exactly right. Wendy is patient and explains products and options. Very pleased with my visit. Ordered contacts and progressive lens glasses.

The owner that puts the lenses in damaged my expensive frame. She chipped my finish off in two places and didn't say that she was sorry. I have had the lenses replaced two times before at other places without any damages to my frame. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ever!
