Whoever answers their phone is rude and unprofessional. They lose paperwork then talk trash like the person had never been there. Glad we had proof she had been made it an easy choice to swap to a new clinic!

I really enjoyed my experience on 8.15.23 The staff is so nice and Dr. Bennett is such a great doctor. They have some really beautiful Kate Spade frames that will yield lots of compliments! I had a wonderful time!

My husband and I were traveling and stayed over night in New Albany ! A lens feel out of my glasses and I thought they were broke but I took them to vision clinic to see if I could get them repaired... they were super nice and spent quite a bit of time looking for a screw that would fix it ! Thankfully they did !! Super nice staff ! A bad situation for me but they took care of it !!
