Olive Branch Eye Care

My Mom bought her eye prescription from Southern College Of Optemetry. She had called and was interested in the rimless eye glasses. She was told she could bring her script. She came in and picked out her glasses not only did it take longer than was told. She picked up her new glasses. She tried to wear them but made her dizzy and didn't feel safe wearing. We come in today to see if bifocal were right and was told by tech that the bifocal were at the right place and checked old glasses and new glasses and said new glasses were stronger and that my Mom would have to see one of their Dr's or go back to SCO. They would not let her get her money back since she can't wear glasses and she said no since she didn't see a Dr there. My Mom was not told when she ordered glasses there was no return policy. So now she is out $400.00 on glasses she can't wear. I have personally been a client here for years BUT WILL NOT BE BACK FOR MY EYE CARE!!! TODAY, 11/6/25, I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM YESTERDAY FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS BECAUSE I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JENNIFER(OFFICE MANAGER). SO VERY NICE. SHE WAS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING EYEGLASSES AND EXAMS. SHE RECOMMENDED I BRING MOM'S OLD AND NEW GLASSES IN TO THEIR SOUTHAVEN OFFICE AND SHE WOULD CHECK TO SEE WHAT COULD BE CAUSING MOM'S DIZZINESS. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT MOM IS BEING HELPED.

My husband and I had back to back appts today for our annual checkups. We saw an intern today her name is Chelsea. She was extremely polite and caring along with being very knowledgeable. We have also seen Dr Alldinger, Dr Pang and Dr Mallory they are all excellent! If you are looking for good and complete comprehensive eye care this is the place for you.

This clinic has the best staff and Dr. Nicole Monroe is amazing and is so compassionate towards her patients.

The Dr's here are very sweet and have been taking care of my family since we moved from CA 12 years ago! I always love shopping their trunk shows for my newest pair of glasses, but somehow missed this spring's event. I was frustrated I couldn't find THE PAIR in the showroom, but luckily Natalie and Kimberly were there to help! They listened to my concerns and paid attention to the details I wanted in my new pair- so happy they didn't make me feel like a burden during the selection process! Thank y'all for taking my appointment time seriously (I barely waited under a minute) and making me feel valued as a patient

I have gotten several glasses from here in the past and they were fine until the last 2 times. It took 2 tries to get the lenses right last time. This time the first time the lenses were so bad I didn't even leave out the door with them waited 3 weeks a second time for them to get back in. I then picked them up but I couldn't work with the new glass. I tried a couple of weeks to adjust to them but after dealing with headaches and not being able to work with them. I took glasses back. And was told it's because they are lined bifocals. I have always had lined bifocals and not had issues. I have worn glasses for over 50 years this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had. They will not get my business again.

I have been going here for probably 15 years and usually see Dr Parker. I have several special eye issues and Dr Parker has always been on top of my eye health. He's been so wonderful to me. My husband usually sees Dr Aldinger and he really likes him and the care he gets. The staff is very nice and helpful. I've never had any issues with anything, in all my years going there. The office is always clean. I highly recommend.

I love this place. They don't even feel like a real medical office, to be honest. (I would know. I'm chronically ill and go to doctor appointments several times a week.) The front desk staff is always so pleasant. The eye assistant is nice and listens to my worries. Doctors seems so educated and listen to me intently and never act like I overreact. They are all great with dealing with my disabilities and the fact I use a wheelchair. They have all adaptive equipment for us wheelchair users, except one machine which I was reassured isn't strictly necessary. I've seen multiple doctors and they have all been pleasant. I particularly liked Dr. Bodford. I also like Dr. Aldinger. Overall, I recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience at Olive Branch Eye Care today!! They were so friendly and speedy. The lady who helped me pick out glasses was amazing!!!! She made me feel so good about my frames and was so personable. This will be my regular eye doctor from now on!! If you go for frames ask to see Chastity, she is incredible!!!
