Huge thank you to Oxford University Eye Care! I was traveling and forgot my contact lenses, and they were kind enough to provide me with free contacts to get me through my trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for their generosity and outstanding customer service!! Proud Ole Miss parent!

Not happy here! I called back in 2024 to schedule an appointment for my daughter. Was never told up front of any fees for such services offererd. Many tests were done with no indication of fees associated prior. Was then sent a bill! I called to complain- they apologized and said they would waive all fees. Then, months later....in 2025, I received a notice from the lawyer- collection ?!! Demanding I pay the fees? WHAT kind of eyecare is this?! They were not upfront with me on any fees then, took up it with lawyers to demand fees to be paid when they apologized and were going to waive the fees?!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They get in the door, provide all types of tests without discussing fees then...bill you! My advice: Go seek another eye doctor!

I'm sad to say that this is the second appointment where I wasn't taken seriously by the doctor, and I had to see a second doctor to actually get real treatment and a prescription that works. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but super short visit, very little information, dismissive of questions, and just a very dry appointment. I left with a prescription that was much weaker than my old prescription, while my eyes are in fact worse. Thank goodness for better doctors in town who actually see and hear me.

I had my first appointment today and Dr Randle was great. He was very thorough with my examination and considering I have multiple health issues, I was so happy that he took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. The ladies were all so sweet and very helpful from helping me pick out the perfect frames to explaining insurance coverage and charges. The whole atmosphere at Oxford University Eyecare is friendly and super professional. Thanks for making my visit awesome !
