Worst experience ever! I made a reservation for a regular checkup and arrived on time. I waited for almost 1 hour and had to leave because no one knew when my name would be called. Avoid this clinic if your time is precious.

Today is what I believe to be my moms 5th visit to clinic and on every occasion it was a 4+ hour wait. Shuttled from waiting area to hallways and lined up like cattle and barely spoken to. They have entirely too many patients to squeeze in - so many older and vulnerable patients this has been difficult to experience / watch. I dont generally review anything but if you have other options our recommendation is go elsewhere.

Went in October to schedule for cataract surgery. Cataract surgery in October. Charged $50 fee for refraction that insurance would not cover before we ever left the check out desk. Told to come back for follow up in December which we did . Asked to pay another $50 for a refraction. Wasn't given a prescription for glasses but told to come back again in March for a laser treatment. Why keep charging $50 for uncovered refraction . They do not tell you this before you have it done either. Just try to make next appointment and demanding $50. No wonder they have such a nice building. I suspect they do this repeatedly to every patient. Absurd!!

The doctors are great. But the wait times are horrendous. A "quick" follow up pressure check never takes less than an hour, even with a 7:45 appointment. A regular exam takes at least 2.

My experience was horrible. I was referred by my doctor to Rayner but my doctor had to contact them on 3 different occasions over 2 weeks to get my appointment scheduled. I was overcharged for my visit and after 2 months still haven't been refunded. Everytime I call I get a different excuse.

I had Cataract surgery and All personnel were very professional and knew their job well.. Very friendly and efficient.. No wasted time. A very pleasant experience.

Very professional, informative and very nice staff. Very little wait time and great letting the patients know exactly what was going to happen and the follow up with Dr Tann was great.

Excellent experience! Well organized and they show appreciation for your time and your business. The eye surgery was painless and effective.
