The customer service is awful. Janice is very prejudice. She don't look in your file. She putting old prescription on my new glasses. I had to tell her you should be looking. Just nasty hang up on you when you call. Sheila is the best and very customer friendly.

If you are at the factory in person, you do get great service. However, if you call regarding your order or to obtain information you always get a voice mail and it ask you to call them back later. Also, if you wait you can leave a message. The only problem is, no one calls back and if you call again, you get the message again. It is really aggravating.

They refuse to answer the phone, when they do they are extremely rude. Employees could not follow written instructions on voucher form. Refused service after being asked if they knew how to read. Do not go here if you value your time and sanity.

My husband talked to Katie, she told him they could take the prescription off the lens of her current pair. Drove all the way from Vancleave, only to be told they couldn't. Wasted time and money coming to this place. I wouldn't recommend them ever!!!
