I was notified prior to my visit I was going to be charged around $400 for additional testing for my yearly eye exam. I decided to reject the testing and signed a paper stating so. After my visit I was told I was being charged $125 for a test and that my visit was being charged as a medical beauty and not as the free yearly exam my insurance pays for. I was completely surprised by this because I declined additional testing prior to my visit. Now they expect me to pay for the medical exam which I did not want and was not told in advance I was getting. Additionally I got a quote for new lenses in one pair of glasses and was told it would be over $500 for a new set of Lenses. This price seems quite high to me. I believe this is going to be the last visit for me at this facility.
