Absolutely wonderful! Been going to this office for years, got my first glasses here, Many years ago. Have Never had any bad experience with anyone in this office, everyone always nice and patient, and knowledgeable! Hope Dr. Wiley continues to practice for a long time , because I always come out with a great experience, and a perfect glasses prescription- which I get filled next door, because they are wonderful, too!! It is worth it to me to drive a ways past other doctors, to get to this one! ~~~ Thanks, Dr. Wiley and Office, for making eye exams a good experience!!

Dr. Wiley was awesome. Great personality, up to date equipment unlike some others in the metro area. He did a good job. Went to Walmart for the eyeglasses though, and that wasn't a very good experience. The glasses are not fitted very well, and my Vision is blurred outside a very small area of the lens, even though I paid for a larger field of vision. I will probably take Dr. Wiley's script to another vision center next time.

Even though Dr. Wiley is great their front desk organization and communication is an absolute mess and also they are very rude. Due to this I will not use this office in the future. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star was due to my good experience with the actual eye doctor.

I've been seeing the Optometrist here for years! I have an emergency and called for a trial pair of contacts because I am traveling out of state today and I explained I'm having contacts overnighted to my son's address, but I needed them for travel and I didn't have anymore and they told me no!!! I'm done! Trail contacts are given by the manufacturer for free! They are samples!!!
To refuse a sample that costs nothing to them..... WOW!! I will be finding me another optometrist!
Note: The front desk is a mess!
