This is overall the best of the best professional staff I've ever met. I love all the staff but Mrs. Monica is the true definition of a GREAT receptionist. If I don't remember anybody in there I know her. She makes you feel so welcome. The entire crew is AWESOME. DR. DAMPIER is the BEST. HE is such a caring doctor. I truly thank God I was able to be recommended to him by another one of his patients. Overall I rate Ridgeland Eye Care Clinic a 10. The ATMOSPHERE is wonderful and pleasant. My appointment at Ridgeland Eye Care was outstanding. I was greeted (by Monica) by name with a warm smile. She made sure I had all of my paperwork in order. She also was kind enough to explain my two insurances and shared information I was not aware of. The service I received from Ridgeland Eye Care overall was excellent. Dr Dampier was very patient, informative and kind-even comical.
Everyone there were very nice, from the all of the staff who assisted me-even the other staff members. Everyone had beautiful smiles and kind words. I highly recommend Ridgeland Eye Care.

Visits with Dr.Dampier have been great from my day one. I am genuinely greeted warmly by Monica from the time I step through the door and all check in and verifications are handled swiftly. Doc and staff welcome questions and are knowledgeable or know who can answer your question. Check out and scheduling are done just as swiftly, professionally and with a friendly smile per check in. I truly have not found a better team nor medical staff in the area.
