I have been a customer for years and was happy but I did a promotion where my next eye exam would be free. I called in and asked did I have to pay anything before I made the appointment and they said no because I had the promotion.
It was all good until I got there. They said that I had to pay 78$. So they lost a good customer because they couldn't honor their word.

I took my son here to get glasses. There was no onsight eye dr. He was seen online. We left with 2 pair of glasses at a great price as advertised but he still couldn't see well at all. I took him to another eye dr. and his eyesight was so bad they were wondering how he had been getting by with no glasses that he could see out of. The staff was nice but the glasses were trash.

All the employees were so friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. Exam was quick and easy. My glasses came out perfect and the person who attended me, Jada, explained to me all my options for lenses. Definitely will recommend coming to this optician.

Looked like a nice place so I went there to purchase my contacts. If my eyes were different scripts I would have gotten a 5 day sample but since they were the same I got 2 days worth.
...and it takes 7 days for the ones I bought to show up. First and last time I will be going there. Nothing like forcing your customers to go against FDA approval if they want to be able to see.

The timeline for purchase and actually getting the glasses was deceptively. Plus the ads mentions a difference charge even when I provided the two frames. Ads free exam plus two pairs of glasses $69 My total with gram for a night driving prescription was $405. The service by the staff was terrible. Could not provide a clear explanation ordered on August 29, glasses were to be delivered on sept5. Still don't have them. Want my money back please

You don't see a doctor everything is telehealth and they don't go over anything with you you have to ask. Also picked up my glasses and got envelope a my prescription I opened it and Dr has recommended a introctular pressure check. Why didn't I know this? That means I have to make a appt for this. Not at Stanton.

Not as advertised. The store assistants aren't any help because they aren't told the same information I was told. "They just work here" so I will not be ever trying them again and I hope no one ever tries them. I will make sure to tell everyone to never to use this company
