Genuinely appreciated this professionalism and easy-to-relate-to Provider. I saw Dr Fratesi the first time several months ago. Since that date, she had seen three other immediate family members of different ages and we all liked her. Her office staff was courteous, timely and efficient in their dealings with us. Finally her office felt updated and clean--pleasant to be in.

The staff is welcoming as soon as you walk in. Dr. Herring is very thorough with the examination and takes time with you. Excellent clinic.

There is no one else I'd trust with my vision care, I still schedule once a year with Dr. Sarah Fratesi Listen carefully to what you had to said offered me option The staff was pleasant. I was greeted with a smile upon arrival in the office Everyone was nice and patience Overall, the staff was amazing. I was very pleased with everything for several years now a great Staff.

The staff were friendly, very professional, knowledgeable and just wanted me to feel comfortable Dr Herring is awesome. He explained to me very throughly what is happening to my eyes.. He is so kind, patient , very professional . He answered every question I had and is very patient. Being new to Mississippi I really appreciated the concern and the care I received. I appreciate the up to date equipment. I would give them 5 stars. .

Do not recommend. Wish I would've went to Mitchell eye care like everyone in town recommends. I purchased contacts through them after my eye doctor appointment and they ordered me the wrong prescription. I returned them and they ordered me another set, wrong prescription again. The third batch they ordered me was also incorrect. I've always asked them to ship them to my house and two of these times they were shipped to the store. When the third batch came in wrong I returned them and asked for the correct one that my dr moved me up to at our January check up. They gave me some trials because I was going out of town. A week and a half or two weeks later, I called the office to ask where my shipment of contacts were, The lady said she was checking, I was on hold for nine minutes with no communication. I hung the phone up and called again, she had me on hold for another 10 minutes with no communication. When I called back the third time someone else answered, and I was only on hold for 6 to 7 minutes before I got an answer which was that they never ordered the new contacts. This is incredibly inconvenient and disappointing as I need contacts to go to work because I have to wear protective eyeglasses at work. Obviously, I just asked for them to email me my prescription so I would never have to return again. My favorite part was that even though they were inconveniencing me by ordering the wrong ones every time they were rude on the phone, terrible communicators and this place is the queen of hidden fees. Absolutely avoid.

Dr. Herring is great! He's so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Dr. Herring & the staff are also wonderful with my small kids. The receptionists are always so awesome setting up our appointments and filing our insurances. I wear both glasses and contacts for reference. I wouldn't drive 45 minutes if I didn't think that this eye clinic is the absolute best!

Dr. Herring is the best! I love that he takes the time to talk to you before and after your exam. He genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is amazing. They are always so kind and sweet. There's a reason why I have been going to Crigler Family Vision since I was 8 years old and haven't wanted to go anywhere else.

On the whole, I had a very good experience. The technician was efficient, answered my questions and was pleasant. Dr. Fratesi appeared promptly in the exam room, was thorough, listened carefully to what I said, offered me options and, as usual, was very pleasant. The only negative I experienced was having to wait seven minutes for a receptionist to return to her station from somewhere in the back to process my arrival. The other person at the front counter was busy during this time dealing with a customer concerning a payment for contacts. Suggestion: If a receptionist is to be away from their station, a "Back shortly, sorry for any inconvenience" sign could be placed on the counter.
