I had a great experience here. Everyone was nice and professional from the time I entered and all throughout my visit. Dr. Burks was nice and allowed me to relax as I was nervous going into the appointment. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness.

I went in for a scheduled visit. Completed all paperwork. Was asked for my payment which should have been $10. They wanted $40. When I questioned it, they said it was for extra testing which had not been discussed prior to appointment. I tried to explain what my copay was and was willing to accept additional fees but they didn't like why I questioned. I was then told the doctor would come see me and explain and again I asked for details about the appointment. They then asked me to leave the premises because I questioned them on why my copay was more. The extra money was not a problem but I was told it would be $10 from the insurance company.
