If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I walked in after my appointment at Eyes First (next door). I was greeted immediately and helped. Ms. Yolanda took great care of me. I picked out the perfect pair of glasses. I was offered a free second pair, which I took. I upgraded those to sunglasses. I was told the wait for my glasses would be about an hour. I got a text 37 minutes later. My glasses were ready. Talk about FAST! I'm very pleased with both my glasses and sunglasses. Everyone was friendly. I will be back again!

My husband and I went to Eyemart Express in Tupelo. We were very fortunate to get Anna as our eyeglass expert. She looked up our insurance, showed us what glasses we could choose from. She was so patient. She then had to help us with 4 pairs of glasses. We felt like we were high maintenance but the smile never left her face. She made our experience wonderful and stress free. If you can get her to help you, please do. She's the BEST!!!

It was my first & last time using this location!! Right from the beginning the lady (Diasha) told us it would be over $100.00. We then proceeded to tell her we wanted the 2 for $40 deal. At this time, She started slinging my prescription papers & other stuff around her desk & just pointed to where the frames were at. She completely ignored us after that without offering any kind of customer service or answers to questions we had. We had to approach her after we had decided even though we asked for help several times. Unprofessionalism at its finest! Unsatisfied & rude employees are the cause of giving a company a bad name & image!

While in Tupelo, I stepped on my glasses, which completely destroyed them. I was desperate, they were the only pair I had. Eyemart was able to have me a new pair made within an hour at a very good price. Less than half of what I paid for my original pair. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
