I love the atmosphere!! I started seeing Dr. Troupe in 2018 when I moved to Tupelo. Although she's located in West Point now, it's definitely worth the drive. I trust her. Now my children see her. She had so much patience with performing my 18 months ago twin daughter's exams. My 15 year old son enjoys having his exams done by Dr. Troupe as well. Her staff is wonderful!!!

I thought Dr. Troupe was fine. Had no issues once the visit started but had to reschedule my appointment once I arrived for later that day since she arrived late. I get it that stuff happens, but I would have preferred a phone call notifying me that she would be late and provide options rather than me show up and have to leave and come back. Just some communication things that could have easily made for a better experience. I gave it 3 stars because of this. Everyone was still very kind. Just am not a fan of having my time wasted when I had to take off of work for the visit.

The ladies in this clinic are so personable and sweet! I really enjoyed talking with them throughout my visit. I witnessed them going above and beyond to help an elderly lady. The doctor is more hands on that any optometrist I've ever had. Definitely happy with my experience!

She listens to your concerns, and goes above the norm to address then correct your concerns. She ensures you are 100% comfortable with your contacts, even if it takes a few trial and errors and weeks of all different samples to find the right ones before she orders your set. She is patient and also compassionate and that's really hard to find with optometrists. Thanks Amanda! I'll be back!!

Never had so much issue. First my son waits a month before receiving his eye glasses when was told 2 weeks. And now it's going on a month and half (appointment in December here it is February) and they still don't have my lenses. If I had know this I would have went else where for my lenses. Very disappointing. Even after my insurance paid I had to come out of pocket for 250$ and still no glasses. Would not recommend for eye glass purchases.
